Before your visit, please complete our online waiver for each adult and child visiting Playconomowoc Kids Club. Each person only needs to have a waiver completed once, so there’s no need to sign a new waiver for your child each time they visit or when a different adult brings them. For example, if Mom has already completed a waiver for her child, Grandma only needs to complete her own waiver before bringing the child to play!

Completing waivers ahead of time helps make check-in quick and easy, so your family can get straight to the fun! Waiver kiosks are also available at our front entrance.
